Team Leader
Amanda Horst
York, Pennsylvania is where Amanda Horst calls home. She is a talented writer, big dreamer, and lover of flowers. Encouragement is one of her biggest gifts and she blesses people often by calling out the potential in them. She loves seeing women thrive in their passions and identity. Her care for women has led her to pursue work as a birth doula, and she cares so well for others in that role. Jesus has been working in her heart, allowing her to live more fully alive. It’s obvious to see that in the ways she laughs contagiously and freely. For fun, she enjoys kayaking, camping, visiting small town fairs and growing plants. We are really blessed to have Amanda and her specific gifts of love and care be part of Ultra.

Bekah Wagler
Bekah Wagler has roots in suburban Hartville, Ohio, but has thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities to live in the cities of New York, Bogotá, Colombia, and now Bangkok, Thailand. Bekah can often be found adventuring outdoors or making memories with her nieces and nephews. She enjoys making tea, lighting candles, and cooking with generous sprinklings of fresh herbs. She has an eye for beauty and delights in it. Since Jesus has replaced her fears with peace and joy, Bekah lives with hope for today and for the future. She brings much life, light, and enthusiasm to her corner of the world. She finds joy in seeing people live like they’re loved, and choose growth outside their comfort zones. She looks forward to celebrating God’s work through the Ultra program.

Heather Weaver
Heather Weaver calls Lancaster, Pennsylvania her home. Playing piano, sketching, and inspirational writing are three of her lifegiving talents. She loves strawberries, anything sweet, mint tea, and spontaneous adventures outside. Heather specifically thrives in the mountains, wandering away on back roads. Jesus has met Heather in many ways and she keeps finding deeper intimacy with Him. She has experienced God as a gentle and faithful Father. Her love for Him is evident in the ways she passionately invites others to also have that relationship with their Father. Ultra is excited to have Heather’s specific gifts on the team as she leads young women desiring growth in Southeast Asia.
